Safety Files Preparation
I provide support for Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) compliance. My role is to help Businesses stay organized, prepared, and compliant through accurate documentation and practical safety systems.
Prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) No. 85 of 1993, and relevant Regulations to ensure full compliance and workplace safety.
Note: I provide administrative and Documentation support, not on-site Safety Officer services.
Welfare Facility Checks
I assist businesses in ensuring their welfare facilities(toilets, washrooms, eating areas, drinking water, etc) meet health and saftey standards. These checks promote worker wellbeing and ensure compliance with OHSE regulations.
Emergency Management Systems(EMS)
I developed emergency response plans tailored to your workplace. This includes evacuation procedures, fire drills, first aid response, and communication plans to ensure employees know exactly what to do in case of an emergency.
Tax-ready Files
What I do:
Track deadlines: VAT, PAYE, TAX Reminders.
Assist Businesses in General Admin related Tax-preparation.
What I DON’T Do
I'm not a registered tax practitioner — I don’t give tax advice or file returns, Instead, I prepare everything so your accountant/tax practitioner’s job is faster and easier. The accountant/tax practitioner submits to SARS and signs off. My job as Business Support Admin prepares SARS-ready files that make the Accountants job faster, easier, and more accurate.
