🔸Preparing and Reviewing Business Plans.
🔸Prepare PESTLE and SWOT Reports.
🔸Guiding clients on submitting Applications to NYDA for funding.
🔸Prepare Company Profiles.
🔸Prepare Brandplans with Brandboards add to Business plans.
🔸Proofread and Editing of Documents: Business and Academic.
🔸Design of Business Stationery(e.g Business Cards, Pricelists, job cards, price tags, catalogues, flyers, adverts, calendars, bookmarks, planners, Logo design and revamp.
🔸Prepare and maintain Safety Files according to Business requirements.
🔸Assisting clients with in meeting OHS act and safety requirements.
🔸ERP system setup according to Business needs.
🔸Capture, organize and update data for clients in Microsoft Excel ERP Systems.
🔸Prepare Quotations, invoices and services agreements.
🔸Communicate with clients on a daily basis through emails, phone calls and WhatsApp
🔸Ensure confidentiality and secure data handling in all client information.
🔸Respond to client queries.
🔸Managing daily administration, filing systems and reporting.
🔸Prepare Tax-ready Documents for Businesses for their accountants.
🔸Tax reminders for clients.
🔸Product photo and video editing.
🔸Facebook Page Management for Businesses - upload adverts, update page and respond to messages according to clients orders.
